Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be given as of September 7, 2019. Requests for refunds that received in writing through 11:59 p.m. on September 6, 2019 will be granted minus a $75 cancellation fee for attendees and a $625 cancellation fee for exhibitor tables. For anyone registered by invoice, Building Performance Association must receive payment by September 13, 2019.

Payment Information
Acceptable forms of payment are Mastercard, Visa, Amex, and Discover. Check payments need prior approval and an access code before your registration can be completed. Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@building-performance.org or 412-424-0040.

Invoice payment option will be available through January 18, 2019. Invoice payment must be received by January 25, 2019.
