Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be given as of January 12, 2019. Requests for refunds that received in writing through 11:59 p.m. on January 11, 2019 will be granted minus a $75 cancellation fee for attendees and a $625 cancellation fee for exhibitor tables. For anyone registered by invoice, HPC must receive payment by January 25, 2019.

Payment Information
Acceptable forms of payment are Mastercard, Visa, Amex, and Discover. Check payments need prior approval and an access code before your registration can be completed. Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@homeperformance.org or 412-424-0040.

Group Discounts
An organization that registers five or more employees from the same organization may be eligible to receive a group discount of $50 off the current registration rate per person. For more information about group discounts and to receive the group discount registration code, please contact Customer Service at 412-424-0040. Only one discount code may be applied per person. Registration codes must be entered during the initial online registration and will not be applied retroactively.

In order to receive an invoice, please call Customer Service at 412.424.0040, for approval and to receive the code.
Invoice payment option will be available through January 18, 2019. Invoice payment must be received by January 25, 2019.
